Public Hearing Notice

The Board of Trustees of VIA Metropolitan Transit will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed ACQUISITION OF TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT EASEMENTS on each of the properties identified below for the purpose of placing transit amenities that will serve patrons using the VIA Metropolitan Transit System, including the VIA Prímo line being constructed on Military Drive (Loop 13), from New Braunfels Avenue on the east to U.S. Highway 90 on the west, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.

The hearing will be held as part of the Board of Trustees Regular Board Meeting:

5:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 27, 2017

VIA Metro Center, 1021 San Pedro, San Antonio, Texas 78212

Exhibits showing the properties listed below will be available for viewing prior to the Board of Trustees meeting that convenes at 5:00 p.m.,
June 27, 2017.
The two (2) properties being considered for EASEMENT ACQUISITION, are located in San Antonio, Texas, and are as follows:

Properties Serving Military Drive – Prímo Shelter/Station

SW TRI 20.59 x 51.82’ of 12

Properties Serving Military Drive – NextGen Shelter

2. 1721 S.W. Military Dr. NCB 8934 BLK LOT 12
